Limited Warranty

Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality custom wood creations available. This limited warranty is offered to our customers that place a custom order only and the limited warranty is valid for 10-years from delivery of custom product. Bubba's Wood Shop warrants the materials and workmanship to be free from defects under normal use and in a controlled temperature environment to the original purchaser for 10-years from the date of delivery of custom product. Bubba's Wood Shop liability and exclusive remedy shall be at our option to repair or replace faulty product within a reasonable amount of time from first official notification from customer. Any alterations, misuse, improper care, faulty installation by third party, exposure to water or high levels of humidity, or other circumstances listed in full warranty will void all warranties and obligations under said warranty, implied or otherwise, and release Bubba's Wood Shop of all obligations under said warranty.
